Peri Peri Tofu Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 1 block of tofu, pressed and crumbled
  • 3 tbsp peri peri sauce
  • 1 pizza crust
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded vegan cheese
  • ½ red bell pepper, sliced
  • ½ red onion, sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven according to pizza crust instructions.
  2. Mix crumbled tofu with peri peri sauce.
  3. Spread pizza sauce on the crust, then top with vegan cheese, bell pepper, and red onion.
  4. Add peri peri tofu on top.
  5. Bake pizza according to crust instructions, usually about 10-15 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
