Peri Peri Tofu Pizza

Ingredients:
- 1 block of tofu, pressed and crumbled
- 3 tbsp peri peri sauce
- 1 pizza crust
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded vegan cheese
- ½ red bell pepper, sliced
- ½ red onion, sliced
- Fresh basil leaves
Instructions:
- Preheat oven according to pizza crust instructions.
- Mix crumbled tofu with peri peri sauce.
- Spread pizza sauce on the crust, then top with vegan cheese, bell pepper, and red onion.
- Add peri peri tofu on top.
- Bake pizza according to crust instructions, usually about 10-15 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
