Peri Peri Tofu Wraps
peri peri tofu wraps
Ingredients:
- 1 block of tofu, pressed and sliced
- 3 tbsp peri peri sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 carrot, julienned
- ½ cup red cabbage, shredded
- 1 avocado, sliced
Instructions:
- Marinate tofu in peri peri sauce and olive oil for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and cook tofu until browned, about 7-10 minutes.
- Warm tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
- Place lettuce, carrot, red cabbage, and avocado on each tortilla.
- Add cooked tofu, wrap tightly, and serve immediately.
