Silken Tofu Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup silken tofu
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Procedure:
- Blend tofu until smooth.
- Mix with other ingredients to form a batter.
- Cook on a greased skillet until bubbles form, then flip.
- Serve with syrup.
