Soya Chaap Butter Masala
Ingredients:
- Soya chaap: 500g
- Onions: 2 (finely chopped)
- Tomatoes: 3 (pureed)
- Ginger-garlic paste: 1 tbsp
- Green chilies: 2 (chopped)
- Red chili powder: 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder: 1 tsp
- Garam masala: 1 tsp
- Butter: 2 tbsp
- Fresh cream: 2 tbsp
- Salt: to taste
- Fresh coriander: for garnish
Process:
- Fry soya chaap pieces in butter until golden brown. Set aside.
- In the same pan, add onions and cook until golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, sauté for 2 minutes.
- Add tomato puree, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until oil separates.
- Add fried chaap and garam masala, cook for another 5 minutes.
- Stir in fresh cream and garnish with coriander.
- Serve hot with naan or roti.
