Tandoori Soya Chaap
Ingredients:
- Soya chaap: 500g
- Yogurt: 1 cup
- Ginger-garlic paste: 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder: 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala: 1 tsp
- Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
- Salt: to taste
- Oil: 2 tbsp
- Skewers
Process:
- Marinate soya chaap with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt. Leave for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Thread marinated chaap onto skewers and brush with oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown, turning occasionally.
- Serve with green chutney and onion rings.
