Tandoori Soya Chaap

Ingredients:

  • Soya chaap: 500g
  • Yogurt: 1 cup
  • Ginger-garlic paste: 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder: 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala: 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
  • Salt: to taste
  • Oil: 2 tbsp
  • Skewers

Process:

  1. Marinate soya chaap with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt. Leave for 1 hour.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  3. Thread marinated chaap onto skewers and brush with oil.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown, turning occasionally.
  5. Serve with green chutney and onion rings.
