Soya Chaap Tikka
Ingredients:
- Soya chaap (4 sticks)
- Yogurt(1/2 cup)
- Ginger-garlic paste (1 tbsp)
- Red chili powder (1 tsp)
- Garam masala (1 tsp)
- Lemon juice (1 tbsp)
- Salt (to taste)
- Oil (1 tbsp)
Instructions:
- Marinate soya chaap in yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt.
- Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill or bake the marinated chaap at 200°C for 20-25 minutes, basting with oil occasionally.
