Soya Chaap Tikka

Ingredients:

  • Soya chaap (4 sticks)
  • Yogurt(1/2 cup)
  • Ginger-garlic paste (1 tbsp)
  • Red chili powder (1 tsp)
  • Garam masala (1 tsp)
  • Lemon juice (1 tbsp)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Oil (1 tbsp)

Instructions:

  1. Marinate soya chaap in yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, lemon juice, and salt.
  2. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Grill or bake the marinated chaap at 200°C for 20-25 minutes, basting with oil occasionally.
