Soya Milk Chia Pudding
Ingredients:
- 1 cup soya milk
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk together soya milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Add chia seeds and stir well.
- Let it sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Serve with fresh fruit and nuts.
