Soya Milk Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup soya milk
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together soya milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  2. Add chia seeds and stir well.
  3. Let it sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Serve with fresh fruit and nuts.
