Soya milk ice cream

Soya Milk Ice Cream

Ingredients:

• 2 cups soya milk
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

1. In a saucepan, heat soya milk and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
2. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
3. Pour into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer's instructions.
4. Freeze until firm.
