Tofu Nuggets
Ingredients:
- 1 block firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Process:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, place flour, and in a third bowl, place almond milk.
- Dip each tofu cube into the flour, then almond milk, then breadcrumb mixture.
- Place coated tofu on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
