Tofu Nuggets

Ingredients:

  • 1 block firm tofu, pressed and cubed
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Process:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, place flour, and in a third bowl, place almond milk.
  4. Dip each tofu cube into the flour, then almond milk, then breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place coated tofu on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
