Soya Milk French Toast
Ingredients:
- 1 cup soya milk
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 slices of bread
Instructions:
- In a shallow bowl, whisk together soya milk, flour, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
- Dip each slice of bread in the mixture, coating both sides.
- Cook on a preheated non-stick skillet until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve with syrup or fruit.
Soya Milk Ice Cream
Ingredients:
- 2 cups soya milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- In a saucepan, heat soya milk and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer's instructions.
- Freeze until firm.
Soya Milk Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup soya milk
- 2 tbsp vegan butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Boil potatoes until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Drain and return to the pot.
- Add soya milk and vegan butter.
- Mash until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper.
